"How to Paint a Dog" Canvas Art from Video Series

"In Memory of Champagne," paint on canvas, 7 x 5 in., 2009

See the video at "How to Oil Paint Dogs."

In December, 2009, Paul Louis contacted me for a few more videos for TVLesson and eHow internet video channels. My being the ham, I said yes, and we spent most of an afternoon shooting videos. Paul said that it may take a while before the videos are accepted and published...and in this busy life, I forgot. Google Alerts did not notify me like the last time...but surprise! The video of this little dog is online!

This little dog is for all those children who always begged, pleaded, and cried for a best friend. I had a two temporary pets in my life: Pinta Roja (red-winged black bird) and Champagne. Champagne was a little white toy poodle which I later learned was one most hypo-allergenic dog breeds to own. We were the best of friends for a few weeks, until the car drove him away to a new home. Both Pinta Roja and Champagnes are long stories...perhaps I will make their stories into speeches for Toastmasters and link those videos here in a future blog post?

This video turned out to be one of the favorites of the day....I hope you enjoy it!

That was way cool!!!! It also reminds me that there is a reason I chose photography... I would stink at that kind of thing! Great job as usual!

To Createwall: I am not sure if you are human or spam...because I followed the link you included and found a printing company. In any case, thank you for enjoying this art work.
