Andy and I love visiting Key West. We love the pub crawl entertainments, the art galleries, the people watching, and the great food. We especially love the Cypress House, where we get absolutely spoiled by Innkeeper Dave, Stephen, Chris, Dennis, and forgive me if I forgot to list you!!!
If you are looking for a place to stay that is cozy with loads of old Key West style, this is the place. If you love to eat like me, the breakfast at the Cypress House includes homemade cranberry, lemon poppy seed, blueberry, banana walnut, and my absolute favorite CHOCOLATE breads. If you love drinks of all kinds like Andy and me, happy hour is a spread of all kinds of bar drinks for your pleasure. If you make it there for happy hour on a Friday - get ready for those incredible chicken wings!!!!!
As an artist, I get lost in the textures that exist at the Cypress House. I often just dump myself into the pool and watch the light. The light is just incredible...as is the landscaping around the pool. Sometimes, I catch a few minutes outside of the pool to sketch. If you know of "watercolor markers," can you share with me? I would love to have something like that for sketching there!

A-M: We have also stayed there. It is wonderful. My wife and I just returned from Key West yesterday. I try to get there at least four times each year. Key West is a state of mind.
