This piece began on one of those fall nights that I had 20 minutes or less to play in my art studio....IF I had even the energy to do more than shuffle off to bed after reading a few minutes, LOL.
This was done in a few series of steps: layers of collage strips, ink, and paint. After it sat on my "study" shelf, I decided I love it just as it finally emerged.
What do you think? Ever had something just suddenly pull together and work?
